Victoria

The flag of Victoria (a state within Australia) comprises a Blue Ensign with the southern cross constellation surmounted by an imperial crown (currently the St Edward's Crown) on the fly side of the flag. The flag of Victoria was officially adopted in 1870; however, minor variations have been made since then. The ratio of the flag of Victoria is 1:2.

Victoria was the first colony of Australia to have its own flag. Interestingly, the flag is the only Australian state flag not to feature the state emblem on a round disc.

When flown alongside the Australian national flag and the flags of the other five Australian states, the flag of Victoria is third in order of precedence (this is due to its position on the Commonwealth Coat of Arms).
