Seychelles flag

The flag of Seychelles comprises five oblique bands of the colours blue, yellow, red, white and green, eminating from the lower hoist side of the flag. The flag's colours are derived from the colours of the two main political parties of Seychelles - the Seychelles People's United Party (red, white and green) and the Seychelles Democratic Party (blue and yellow).

The flag of Seychelles was officially adopted on 8 January 1996.

The flag's ratio is 1:2.
