Scout Blue 23x15cm polyester child hand waver flag with hot knife cut edges, the hoist edge is sleeved and fits over a timber dowel measuring 30cm long and a diameter of 0.5cm, capped with a white spherical plastic finial.

Scout Blue bunting has 30 small polyester flags, each flag measuring 23x15cm and spaced 10cm apart sewn into a header tape to make a string of flags, 80cm of extra tape at each end for fixing. The edges of the flags are hot knife cut.
