This Rhodesia flag was the official flag of Rhodesia, an unrecognised state in southern Africa, from 11 November 1968 to 1 September 1979. The flag is a vertical tricolour consisting of (from the hoist side of the flag to the fly side of the flag) green, white and green. The coat of arms of Rhodesia sits in the centre of the flag. The flag was designed by Geoffrey Turner-Dauncey and its ratio is 1:2.
