The flag of Lesotho is a horizontal tricolour featuring the colours (from the top of the flag to the bottom of the flag) blue, white and green. At the centre of the flag is a black mokorotlo (a Basotho hat).

The flag of Lesotho was officially adopted on 4 October 2006 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the country gaining its independence.

The flag's ratio is 2:3.
