The flag of Jersey comprises a white field defaced by a red saltire and with a badge similar to the coat of arms of Jersey in the upper quadrant of the flag.
The original flag of Jersey was officially adopted on 12 June 1979; however, the badge was not added to form the current flag until 7 April 1981.
The flag's ratio is 3:5.
